Being a half thai with a Chinese dad and a Thai Mum, I’m naturally attracted to everything Thai and I take special interest in Thai culture, music and especially Thai food since I was young. I have been a thai food aficionado ever since and still have a great love for Thai food. I have also worked in the food & beverage industry and always thought of combining both the aspects of fine dining and also thai food, thus my job aspiration.
